Invoice expenses not syncing with invoice app · Bookipi Expense

My expenses app is not syncing with invoice app so I only see expenses but not income that comes from payments of invoices, so my accounts for the past few years is in blank and all numbers are in red because no Income from invoice app is being shown like this morning .

Invoice bookipi and Expense bookipi are not in sync. My invoices marked as paid is not reflecting in Expense bookipi
